Happy new year and welcome to my resolution blog! I've decided this year that having one huge resolution for the entire year is way too overwhelming. That's why this year I'm making 12, one per month.
Starting off the year, January's resolution is to go to the YMCA at least once a week. For my birthday back in November, my mom got me a 6 month membership to the Y and I've only gone once, which I feel bad about.
Ultimately my goal is to lose weight but I've come to the realization that just making that my daily goal is too vague. I need to take things in little steps if I'm going to achieve big results.
Anyways, wish new luck! The hubby said he'll come with me tomorrow, I'm gonna hold him to that!
